If we were mayor… Instead of Starbucks or Sweetgreen, every neighborhood needs a Places des Fêtes. This new BK place has become buzzy within the restaurant industry and deservingly so. It’s got canned fish, fried things, and of course some natural wine. While those are all tropes of any new restaurant opening, PDF is authentic, full of super nice people, and the wine list is the smart and tasty kind of natural wine that is just right for a random night out. Not every night need to be full of trophy wine.
