A.J. Adam, Riesling Trocken 'Hofberg Reserve' 2020
The Hofberg is one of the greatest riesling vineyards in the Mosel, or for that matter, anywhere else. The only problem is that the cold, slate slopes are incredibly steep and difficult to farm. Andreas Adam is one of the few to have mastered it. Andreas makes this bottling completely dry. Complex and intensely aromatic, salty and crisp - it’s a truly world-class riesling.
