Arnaud Lambert, Saumur Blanc 'Les Parcelles' 2023
The rolling hills of Saumur produce many of the greatest chenin blanc wines in the Loire Valley. Clos Rougeard, Guiberteau, Antoine Foucault, and now, Arnaud Lambert all utilize the region’s limestone soils to produce vibrant, salty white wines. Lambert ages this chenin in barrels rather than stainless steel, adding depth and textural richness.
Tastes like: Pear, honeycomb, lemon zest, sea salt.
How to drink: Chilled with soft cheeses, mussels, or sauteed scallops.
