Benanti is responsible for showing the world that Mount Etna could produce world-class wines. Or more specifically, their ‘Pietra Marina’ proved that Etna Bianco could be collected alongside the very best Chablis and White Burgundy. A few decades later, it remains their most-prized bottling.
