With an emphasis on organic farming and a more judicious use of oak, they make wines of great vibrancy and freshness, meant to drink young. This dark, wintry rosé is a good example of their perspective: its not traditional, a little bit wild, but undeniably delicious. The wine is light, dry, slightly spicy, and very refreshing. It toes the line between light red and dark rosé , which makes it a perennial charmer.
