Corta y Raspa, Palomino 'Mahina' 2019

Sanlúcar is a small village in southern Spain most famous for making sherry. This small-batch, organic, dry and fresh white is made there too. It comes from the grape palomino, which is hand-harvested from a garden-sized single vineyard that overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. This informs the style of the wine – crisp, salty, and refreshing—but also its scarcity: only 1,500 bottles are made each year. You’ll like this wine if you like white wines like albariño and not-too-oaky ones like Chablis.

Tastes like: Chamomile, tonic water and ocean air.

How to drink: Before dinner, as you would a gin & tonic, or with any vegetable dish or fish.
