Dhondt-Grellet is a small family Champagne house now run by the seriously talented, 30-something year-old Adrien Dhondt. Adrien is a super thoughtful farmer, employing biodynamics, and handling all plowing with his horse, Thor. His barrel-aged Champagnes are nuanced and Burgundy-esque, products of the inspiration Adrien has drawn from the likes of Coche and Selosse. Les Nogers is a single-parcel, barrel-aged Champagne from old vines in the village of Cuis.
