Domaine Cottenceau, Montagny 'Les Dazes' 2021

This is White Burgundy you’re going to hear a lot more about in the future. The wines come from Maxime Cottenceau, who worked with Vincent Dureuil at Dureuil-Janthial for years before launching his own domaine in 2018. With ongoing guidance from his mentor, Maxime now crafts similarly smoky, vibrant white wines a few miles south of Janthial in the Cote Chalonnaise.
