Domaine de Cassiopée, Bourgogne Aligoté 'Mitancherie' 2023

It’s wild that this is only Cassiopée's fourth-ever vintage, as the estate already feels like an entrenched name in Burgundy circles. That’s due to the fact that the wines have been phenomenal from the jump. Perhaps not a surprise given Hugo Mathurin and Talloulah Dubourg’s past experience at Roulot, Mugnier, Clos de Tart, and others. Very few, if any producers, make more compelling aligoté for the price than Cassiopée.
