Domaine de Cassiopée, Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Beaune Blanc 'Les Côtes' 2023

It’s wild that this is only Cassiopée's fourth-ever vintage, as the estate already feels like an entrenched name in Burgundy circles. That’s due to the fact that the wines have been phenomenal from the jump. Perhaps not a surprise given Hugo Mathurin and Talloulah Dubourg’s past experience at Roulot, Mugnier, Clos de Tart, and others. Les Côtes, from a cool plot of limestone, is a partiuclarly smoky, fresh White Burgundy.
