Domaine de Cassiopée, Maranges Blanc 'Les Plantes' 2023

We used to introduce these wines by talking about how, before launching Cassiopée, Hugo Mathurin and Talloulah Dubourg worked at Roulot, Mugnier, Clos de Tart, etc. Now, though, even after just a few vintages, their wines speak for themselves. This concentrated White Burgundy comes from old vines in their hometown of Maranges.
