Domaine de Chassorney was launched by Frédéric Cossard, a trailblazing natural winemaker, in 1996. Over the ensuing decades, his reds and whites have gained a rare level of crossover appeal, sought-after by fans of both natural wine and collectible Burgundy. Fred is based in the village of Saint-Romain, and this is Chassorney’s flagship wine. It’s a tense, smoky, vibrant White Burgundy.
