Domaine de Fa (Maxime and Antoine Graillot), Saint-Véran 'Les Crais' 2021

Alain Graillot produced world-class syrah in the Northern Rhone, and essentially put the area of Crozes-Hermitage on the map. Alain’s sons, Maxime and Antoine, have run the family estate for the last 15 years. More recently, they began making Beaujolais under the Domaine de Fa label, and now with this juicy, salty white wine, they’ve expanded their horizons further into southern Burgundy.

Tastes like: Ripe peach, brioche, sea salt.
How to drink: Chilled with soft cheeses or all types of seafood.
