The biggest compliment we give to a grenache, or Rhône-varietal wine in general, is that it “tastes like Rayas.” Des Tours fits the bill. It's actually the second wine from the same family that makes Rayas, and tends to be made from the same land as Rayas proper. The primary difference is about $2000 in cost.
