
Guilhem et Jean-Hugues Goisot, Bourgogne Aligoté 2023
The Goisot family is based in Saint Bris, a small village in the northern reaches of Burgundy just outside of Chablis. There, Jean-Hughes Goisot and his son, Guillaume, biodynamically farm aligoté, hand-harvesting the grapes from the region’s chalky slopes. They age it in stainless steel, producing a classically crisp, refreshing expression of White Burgundy.
Tastes like: Green apple, toast, white pepper.
How to drink: A light white to have with simply prepared seafood or a salad with goat cheese.
