If you’re not familiar with Henri Germain, it’s likely due to the fact that Jean-François Germain makes tiny quantities of wine. And for the last decade or so, they’ve tended to disappear on release. But try his rich, structured White Burgundy, and you’ll understand clamor. This bottling, made primarily from plots in Germain's hometown of Meursault, offers a snapshot of the house style.
