He makes biodynamic wines - Benoît’s two horses handle all the plowing - that receive minimal added sulfur, and no dosage (added sugar). The result is pure, vibrant Champagne.
This powerful, smoky Champagne is made entirely from pinot noir in the Grand Cru village of Bouzy.
