An hour east of his iconic winery in Burgundy, Guillaume d’Angerville founded Domaine du Pélican in the Jura in 2012. Since then, these savory, fine-tuned wines have become some of the best and most allocated in the region. The team at Pélican masters savagnin like very few others in the Jura. While so many expressions of this local grape are honeyed and waxy, Pélican’s savagnin - from arguably the region’s greatest white wine vineyard - is smoky, concentrated, and refined.
