Scharzhof may be the ground floor of Egon Müller riesling, but the house is the Taj Mahal. Sourced from top vineyards in Saar - a cold part of the Mosel - it has razor sharp acidity balancing any sugar, resulting in a textured, mineral-focused riesling that’s ideal alongside Thai or Vietnamese.
Tastes like: Apricot, honeysuckle, smoke.
How to drink: Cold alongside Thai food, ceviche, or anything spicy.
