As is the case with all of Jean-Pierre Robinot's wines, farming is organic, aging is extensive and meticulous, and bottling is unfiltered with zero added sulfur. A magician with both pineau d'Aunis and chenin blanc, he makes this pet-nat exclusive from the latter. It's a dry, lightly effervescent, highly refreshing bottle of wine.
