This orange wine comes from Meinklang, which is arguably the biggest name in Austrian natural wine. All of their grapes are farmed biodynamically, including the welschriesling, pinot gris, and savagnin in this blend. Moderate skin contact yields a wine that’s floral, tangy, and a bit hazy, but still bright and highly refreshing.
Tastes like: Apricot, clementine, wildflower, sea salt.
How to Drink: Cold with grilled veggies, falafel, or a charcuterie board.
