We almost always like Chablis. We almost never love Chablis. Moreau-Naudet is an exception. Like Raveneau and Dauvissat, Moreau-Naudet makes rounder, deeper wines than are typical in the region. Their biodynamic, hand-picked grapes produce concentrated yet crisp wines that consistently punch well above their weight for the price.

Tastes like: Ripe pear, chamomile, oyster, sea salt.
How to drink: Chilled alongside fresh seafood, ideally oysters.
