That’s why this bottling from brothers Didier and Pascal Picq is a valuable one to know about. It’s bright and textured, with Chablis’ classic minerally briskness.
Tastes like: Grapefruit, sea salt, honeysuckle.
How to drink: Cold, with oysters or anything else you might be inclined to squeeze some lemon on.
