Pierre-Yves Colin continues to set the bar in Chassagne-Montrachet. His style is for fresh, smoky, intensely mineral White Burgundy. Richly textured but not at all heavy. That's on display in his Grand Crus as well as this aligoté, which punches well above its weight for the price.
