Patrick Piuze is a Chablis producer worth a deep dive. Originally from Montreal, Piuze worked in Burgundy with Jean-Marie Guffens, Olivier Leflaive, and Jean-Marc Brocard before venturing out on his own. Organic farming, hand-harvesting old vines, picking early - Patrick does everything he can to highlight the individual character of each of his vineyards. Considering he makes Chablis from the best sites in the region, that translates into a range of ultra-fresh, nuanced wines.
