Piuze, Chablis 'Terroir de Chablis' 2024

Patrick Piuze is a Chablis producer worth a deep dive. Originally from Montreal, Piuze worked in Burgundy with Jean-Marie Guffens, Olivier Leflaive, and Jean-Marc Brocard before venturing out on his own. Organic farming, hand-harvesting old vines, picking early - Patrick does everything he can to highlight the individual character of each of his vineyards.

Perhaps no other producer does ‘village-level’ Chablis as comprehensively as Piuze. He makes 8 different bottlings, including the salty, fresh, and tart ‘Terroir de Chablis'.
