In the Mosel region of Germany, the young, exceptionally talented Moritz Hoffman took over for the late Daniel Vollenweider in 2022. While Daniel was best known for his otherworldly off-dry wines, Moritz has a unique knack for dry riesling. Tart, herbal, and ultra fresh, this bottling puts that on display.
Tastes like: Peach, lime zest, spearmint, smoke.
How to drink: Cold with crudo, sushi, or spicy Thai dishes.
