Brij is the latest project from Raj Parr, one of America’s top sommeliers and natural winemakers. Raj is prolific, with a range of wines from up and down the Pacific Coast. As is the norm for Raj, the focus at Brij is on freshness. The cool breezes from the Pacific, along with a winemaking technique commonly employed in Beaujolais, yield this particularly vibrant, lifted expression of California pinot noir.
