Domaine des Comtes Lafon, or simply Lafon, has been a revered domaine in Burgundy for more than 150 years. But when Dominique assumed the reins at the estate in 1985, he took things to another level. He has cultivated an extraordinary collection of biodynamic vineyards - including plots in every Premier Cru in Meursault - to make wines that have become benchmarks for all of Burgundy.

‘Porusot’s is one of Lafon’s richest and fullest white wines. This is tailor-made for lobster tails in butter or cream sauce.
