Croix & Courbet, Côtes du Jura 'Savadonnay' 2022

This white wine is the product of a collaboration between David Croix, one of Burgundy's most revered winemakers, and his longtime friend, Damien Courbet. The two studied together in Dijon before David built his reputation in Beaune, while Damien took over his family's estate an hour to the east in the Jura. They make this white together in the Jura from a blend of chardonnay and the local savagnin grape. It’s nutty and savory like classic Jura whites, but with freshness and mineral notes that remind of Burgundy.

Tastes like: Baked apple, salted almonds, honeysuckle.
How to drink: Chilled with rich seafood dishes, roast chicken, or comté cheese.
