Laura Lorenzo is making some of the most exciting wines in Galicia today. From small, organically farmed vineyards, she crafts the kind of vibrant yet savory Spanish reds that will appeal to fans of Envínate, Raúl Pérez, and Comando G. Her ‘Azos da Vila’ is a field blend of local grapes from very old vines. It’s bright, rustic, and ideal for outdoor barbecues.

Tastes like: Blackberry, black olive, charred wood, cracked black pepper.

How to drink: Ideal with most things fresh off the grill, especially pork chops or peppery flank steak.
