Some producers take a less expected path to the world of wine. Pierre Cotton was a motorcycle mechanic, Jochen Beurer was a BMX champion, and Olivier Morin was a radio DJ. Stéphane Erissé, who spent 15 years in international construction, is another addition to that list. Stéphane apprenticed for years at Domaine du Collier before launching Domaine Andrée in the Anjou region of the Loire in 2011. This is his first-ever release of ‘L'Etreinte’, a fresh, aromatic white wine made entirely from the obscure local grape, grolleau gris.
