Since returning to take over her family winery 10 years ago, Amélie Berthaut has become one of the most exciting young talents in Burgundy. Her attention to detail in the vineyards and light-hand in the cellar have made the wines fresher, softer, and more expressive of their old-vine sites around the region. In the case of this red, that means reflecting a small plot originally planted by Amélie's grandfather between Vosne-Romanée and Nuits-Saint-Georges.
