After starting with just a half-hectare of pretty average vineyard land, Sebastien Christophe now makes deep, textured wines from three of the greatest premier crus in Chablis. Due to its southerly exposure and abundance of sunshine, Fourchame is the most powerful and structured of the bunch.

Tastes like: Pear, sea salt, hazelnuts, acacia.
How to drink: Chilled with white meats or all types of seafood.
