After working at Coche-Dury and Chave, Laurent Vaillé purchased land in the Languedoc in 1989. Since then, his wines - one white and one red - have achieved ‘cult’ status and transcended the region. Syrah and mourvèdre with a splash of cabernet, his reds were savory and head-turning, yet simultaneously polished and detailed.
