Domaine d'Edouard, Bourgogne Aligoté 2023

After working with Alice and Olivier de Moor - one of our favorite producers in Chablis - Edouard Lepesme launched his own domaine nearby in a region called the Côtes d'Auxerre. In this cool, northerly part of Burgundy, Edouard organically farms aligoté to make a pure, minerally white wine.

Tastes like: Green apple, lemon zest, salted almond.

How to drink: An ideal light white to have with sushi or fresh seafood.
