Domaine du Pélican, Chardonnay 'En Barbi' 2022

An hour east of his legendary Domaine Marquis d'Angerville in Burgundy, Guillaume d’Angerville founded Domaine du Pélican in the Jura in 2012. They've been farming the small En Barbi parcel from the very start. Its soils, which look white due to the abundance of limestone, yield a particularly elegant, mineral-driven chardonnay.
