Domaine du Pélican, Arbois Savagnin 'Macération Pelliculaire' 2023

An hour east of his iconic winery in Burgundy, Guillaume d’Angerville founded Domaine du Pélican in the Jura in 2012. Since then, these savory, fine-tuned wines have become some of the best and most allocated in the region. The 'Macération Pelliculaire' is Pélican’s orange wine. Made with savagnin that macerates with the skins for 10 days, it's aromatic and richly textured but still detailed and fresh.
