The world’s best cabernet franc wines come from the Loire Valley - most notably the regions of Chinon, Bourgueil, and Saumur. This wine is from the latter, made using organic grapes farmed by fourth generation winemaker Dominique Joseph. It’s fresh and tart, with plenty of cab franc’s signature spicy, peppery notes.

Tastes like: Raspberry, violets, green bell pepper, and jalapeños.
How to drink: Put it in the fridge for 20 or 30 minutes, and drink it with pizza or BBQ.
