This bright red from the Loire Valley is made primarily from old-vine cabernet franc, which 33-year-old Emmanuel Ogereau farms entirely organically. Vibrant and tart, peppery and chillable, this perfect when you want something a bit more robust than Beaujolais.

Tastes like: Wild raspberry, black pepper, violets, jalapeno.
How to drink: Lightly chilled with pepperoni pizza, burgers, or all-things BBQ.
