Sigalas is one of Greece’s most well known winemakers. They’re like the Vespa version of a scooter. In Greece, the white wines should always be dry and a little salty. This is from the island Santorini, where the main grape is assyrtiko. It’s never oaky, always crisp, and tastes like the water you wish you were swimming in.
Tastes like: Saltwater, yuzu, and grapefruit. How to drink: Extra cold with salads and white fish
