Domaine Tissot, Arbois Chardonnay 'Rose Massale' 2020
Tissot is a benchmark in the Jura for a wide range of wines. This is perhaps the most unusual. Chardonnay Rose is a very rare, pink grape variety that Tissot makes in miniscule quantities. It yields a white wine that’s floral, toasty, and herbal - it’s unlike any other wine out there, from the Jura or otherwise.
Tastes like: Citrus zest, fennel, acacia, brioche.
How to drink: Chilled with herb and spice-heavy dishes like falafel.
