Equipo Navazos, La Bota de Manzanilla #113

Equipo Navazos was started in 2005 by a group of friends who set out to make small batches of Sherry from different plots around the Spanish region of Andalusia. Along with deep knowledge of the land and a deeper affinity for drinking Sherry, they had a bunch of very old casks primed to make complex, powerful wines.

While these Sherries are dry and focused, they also have nuttiness and intensity that makes them ideal companions for powerfully flavored seafood, cheeses, and cured meats. Expect the #113 to taste a bit saltier.
