This sake is made by Richard Geoffroy, who was the head winemaker at Dom Pérignon for 28 years. In 2018, Geoffroy turned his attention to his long-time passion, and founded IWA, setting it apart by employing blending techniques that he mastered in Champagne. The result is one of the most nuanced and deeply savory sakes we’ve tasted in a long time.
