Before going out on his own, Julian Haart studied under two giants of German wine, Klaus Peter Keller and Egon Müller. Now, it’s Julian’s wines that should be studied by anyone looking to understand Mosel riesling. German Riesling in the style of Julian is light and crisp with flavors that can sound sweet but are truly dry.
Tastes like: Green apple, lemon, honeysuckle, crushed rocks.
How to drink: This needs to be cold. Ideal with Thai food and all vegetables.
