Before launching his own winery in 2010, Julian Haart studied under Klaus Peter Keller and Egon Müller. For reference, that’s like bouncing between guitar lessons with Jimi Hendrix and Eric Clapton. Now on his own in the Mosel, Julian is making some of our favorite dry riesling in Germany.
Tastes like: Apricot, smoke, chamomile.
How to drink: Cold with salty appetizers or simply prepared seafood.
