Las Jaras Wines, 'Glou Glou' 2021

While Las Jaras has a celebrity co-founder in Eric Wareheim, this California-based natural producer is truly passionate about quality winemaking. That’s clear from Las Jaras’ commitment to organic farming, winemaker Joel Burt’s use of experimental blends and esoteric grape varieties, and most importantly, the quality of their wines.

As the name would suggest, the ‘Glou Glou’ is exceptionally bright and easy-drinking. That’s in no way a knock on this wine - we say the same thing about our favorite light reds like Beaujolais and frappato. Enjoy this chilled on its own, or alongside a big meta and cheese board.
