Maison A&S, Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Beaune Rouge 2023

Longtime friends Alexandre Aires and Pierre-Alexandre Soltana launched Maison A&S (Aires & Soltana) in 2018. However, the duo are certainly not new to the Burgundy wine scene. Pierre-Alexandre is the head of viticulture at Comtes Lafon and Alexandre is the cellar master at Thibault Liger-Belair. In 2021, they acquired a winemaking facility in the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune. This tart, earthy, ultra-fresh Red Burgundy comes from old vines surrounding their winery.

Tastes like: Raspberry, black pepper, dried leaves.
