Not far from his family’s legendary holdings in Vosne-Romanée, Maxime Cheurlin uses old-vine pinot noir to produce this floral, elegant wine.

Tastes like: Wild strawberry, roses, freshly plowed soil, vanilla.
How to drink: Enjoy it with roast chicken and morels, or a nice cheese board.
