On the southeastern coast of Sicily, Dario Sorrentino organically farms local grape varieties to make pure, vibrant natural wines. This is a classic coastal Italian white, meaning it’s fresh, salty, and perfect with seafood. It's also savory and slightly nutty, owing to the ancient almond trees protecting Mortellito’s vineyards from constant breezes coming off the Mediterranean.
